2023 will be a great year for the chorus! We can’t wait to sing again!
— Rick McCaskill

Yes, you can sing with us!

We practise every Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. Drop in! We meet at the corner of York and Gorge in the basement of Fredericton's St. Paul's United Church! Drop ins are welcome; see if barbershop style is for you!

Why Sing With Us?

First, because it's lots of fun. We really enjoy ourselves when we're singing, whether in a rehearsal, or for a performance.

Requirements

Can you sing "Happy Birthday"? If you can, then you can sing with us!

Usually, the first question we get asked is: "Must I be able to read music?" The answer: No! We CAN help you learn if you wish.

The members of the chorus range from having a very limited ability to read music...they can read the words...through being able to generally pick out the notes.

Regardless of your skill level you’ll have the support of the entire group. We provide learning tracks to help teach you your part by repetition

Through our weekly rehearsals we have all become better singers through posture, tone and breathing exercises.

Why Not Try?

The very best way to find out whether you would enjoy singing with us is to simply try it! You should plan to come to three to four regular rehearsals. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. to about 9:00 p.m. at Fredericton's St. Paul's United Church.  If you're not ready to jump right in, feel free to stop in any time to listen in!
